You’d be amazed how many people you talk to while wearing one outfit. So unless she’s wearing one shirt all day and going to change into the other “I love you” shirt when she sees said guy, I’d say there’s a strong possibility that it means nothing. Even though it won’t really communicate to my dog how much I love him, or to other dogs that joy they give me, it would show the world my passion for these animals. Companies trademark all sorts of taglines to go with their brands and I cannot guarantee you that none of these have legal protection. The task of discovery to determine if they are completely free of legal entanglements is probably way too costly. I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but I would suggest that you can go ahead and put them on products.
